Our process begins with a review of your organization’s communication-relevant internal competencies.

We integrate those competencies into Vocable’s proprietary model, which includes more than twenty categories of objectively measurable communication behaviors, using data and technology to assess factors such as rate of speech, vocal variation, body language, linguistic complexity, and organizational structure.
We pair these objective measures with a series of qualitative factors, guided by our decades of research and coaching. These include audience awareness, efforts to establish shared values or common ground, and the effectiveness of interpreting complex data for diverse audiences.
With a customized model in place, we design speech simulations that mirror real-world business scenarios. Participants receive detailed business case materials that assess their ability to communicate persuasively with internal teams, external stakeholders, or any group critical to your organization’s success.
Finally, we observe the simulations — remotely or on-site — and apply our model to generate a quantitative report of speech behaviors.
