EXECUTIVE PRESENCE TRAINING
Your CLAD Roadmap
A Guide to Your Coaching Experience
What Is CLAD?
CLAD is a data-driven, research-backed model for executive presence — grounded in the communication behaviors that most effectively build credibility, trust, and influence with the audiences that matter to you.
C
CONNECT
Build goodwill and alignment by speaking to shared values, demonstrating genuine curiosity, and leading with the point of the conversation.
L
LEVERAGE
Structure compelling narratives, use evidence that persuades, and employ image-rich language to increase understanding and buy-in.
A
ADVOCATE
Signal leadership by speaking collectively, crediting your team, using we language, and orienting your audience toward a shared future.
D
DELIVER
Build trust through authentic verbal and physical delivery — vocal variety, positive affect, and confident presence that reinforces your content.
