Kiely Flanigan is a leadership and organizational communication advisor with deep expertise in life sciences and management consulting environments. A former Chief People Officer for a life sciences consultancy, she partners with individuals and teams to strengthen communication, accelerate alignment, and translate strategy into actionable direction. Kiely holds a PhD in Organizational Communication and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. She is an adjunct faculty member at Meredith College, where she teaches undergraduate business strategy and organizational behavior, as well as the MBA strategy capstone course.
